The Downtown Chill

Very spacious, bright, fully equipped, modern, appartement, in the 5th floor of a new building close to ciity center in a residential neighborhood. There are two well functioning elevators and a safety mechanism for the entrance to the building. The apartment has a balcony facing the inner courtyard which is excellent for a morning coffee or a night cup. Contactless check in / check-out process with detailed instructions. Even though we didn't need something during our stay we felt we could contact the owners any time through the app. The place is not at the very city centre, but it's very well connected. There are two bus stops just outside the door, and the metro line M3 (3 stops from the centre, connected with the airport buses 100E and 200E), is just a 3 min walk. If you prefer walking it's just 15 min to the Danube and 20min to most of the attractions.

The host replies very quickly and very helpful. The flat is comfortable and clean. Location is excellent.

L’appartamento è molto accogliente e caldo. É funzionale e completo di tutto. Vicinissimo alla fermata della metro con la quale si raggiunge velocemente il centro e le maggiori attrazioni.

Il letto è troppo rumoroso. Purtroppo è stato difficile riposare.

The location is good, next to a metro station and walking distance to the main attractions of Budapest.

I am afraid there are improvements to make. The flat is not well maintained (even with pipes visible - see picture), it probably used to be brand new as in the pictures, but it's not like that anymore. Unfortunately it is also not well cleaned. But the thing it didn't help at all the most are the instructions to check in which are not updated and, in case of help, there is no-one available to call.
