Personal war im Vorhinein freundlich & hat Verschiebung um einen Tag mit Aufpreis ermöglicht. Lage sehr zentral.
Das vereinbarte Kinderbett war leider nicht da. Unser Baby musste somit im Kinderwagen schlafen. Außerdem funktionierten weder WLAN noch der Fernseher. Als wir über die Dinge informierten, wurde uns nur gesagt es hätte einen Systemfehler gegeben. Es gab weder Entgegenkommen noch eine Entschuldigung. Das war besonders mit Blick auf das Bett sehr enttäuschend.
