Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Aussicht, hat Klimaanlage, saubere Bettwäsche, Haartrockner, Bügeleisen, Bushaltestelle fast vor der Tür und sogar Wein ist als Geschenk für uns gelassen.

Leider hat die Wohnung einige Mängel. Das Waschbecken im einen Badezimmer hatte einen kaputte Waschbecken-Stöpsel, was zu einer Verstopfung führte. Mehrere Wände waren zerkratzt und verschmutzt – ebenso wie die Türrahmen. Die Badezimmertür schleifte am Boden und ließ sich nicht vollständig öffnen. Die Deckenleuchte im Flur ließ sich nicht einschalten. Ein Messer war gebrochen und einige Steckdosen funktionieren nicht. Vor Erhalt des Check-in Codes ist die Zahlung einer Kaution in Höhe von 600 € erforderlich; diese wird 14 Tage nach dem Auszug aus der Wohnung zurückerstattet, sofern alles in Ordnung ist. Wir haben bezüglich dieser Angelegenheiten Beschwerde eingelegt, da wir nicht möchten, dass uns diese Probleme, die bereits vor unserer Ankunft bestanden, angelastet werden.

Appartamento molto comodo e living enorme, arioso e luminoso. La posizione è molto comoda per spostarsi in varie zone di Malta, ben servita da ristoranti, minimarket, pizzeria e altro a pochi passi dall'ingresso. Ci siamo spostati principalmente con uber/bolt a qualunque orario e verso ogni destinazione, con molta semplicità.

I materassi sono molto sottili, risultano scomodi dopo poche ore.

At first glance a very nice apartment. View really remarkable on the harbor, valetta and the very noisy and busy waterfront. small balcony for maximum of two persons.

The disadvantages only become apparent at second glance. unfortunately, you have to be honest. the large bed is a disaster. a thin, completely worn-out mattress. the bed creaks and cracks with every movement. a restful sleep is practically impossible. because there were repeated complaints in this fact, I asked if the situation had improved in the meantime. unfortunately there was no answer and i had too much confidence. the silicone edges of the shower are black from mold. the two cheap chairs on the terrace are about to tear through. the cheap pots and pans are completely scratched. it's all a shame. for maybe 1000 euros the apartment could really get ten points. but apparently there is no interest in it.
