Welcome to Flat 6 at Xemx Residence, Gżira – a modern 2‑bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor, just 300 m from the seafront. The main bedroom includes a double bed with an en‑suite, while the second bedroom has two single beds with a shower room next door. Enjoy a spacious living area with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, A/C units with PIR sensors, live channels and movies, and secure 1 Gbps fibre-Wi-Fi. Sleeps 6.

Check-in from 4 PM. Check out by 11 AM.
Luggage can be dropped off from midday (12 PM) on the day of check-in.
