Updated Naples Retreat w/ Private Pool & Patio!

Very spacious enough room for everyone

Grease trap on grill was full when arrived got everywhere when trying to clean it out Pool heater did not work and pool pump was not full primed entire trip

We had such a great stay! The location was super convenient, close to beaches, restaurants and stores. Kitchen had everything you needed for cooking. Home was beautifully decorated and furnished with everything you needed for beach outings…..cooler, beach towels, chairs and beach umbrella. Guest contact was great! So quick to respond with any questions.

This isn’t even a negative since it was resolved so quickly. We had a small issue with the pool, and the guest contact got someone out right away to fix it, which we really appreciated!

Communication was great. Check in was easy. Price was good. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen had an abundance of utensils, pans, bowls, etc..., pool was great. Shower in master was amazing. Lanai and pool area were nice and private.

Stove did not work properly. Cooktop was either on High temp or off. Grill was difficult to light. Front door was a little tricky to open at times. Legs on kitchen table were loose.

The pool was nice but needs care. The steps into the pool were not secured which required caution when entering and exiting the pool. Repair is needed.

Internet is very weak. Must use one’s own streaming service and requires a cable from the router to the TV due to the weak signal. The back door to the Tiki room is broken, needing repair. A kitchen window frame is broken thus the window cannot be secured. The grill works but the grease pan has never been cleaned with the grease running over the edges. Ceiling lights were burnt out. The queen bed in one of the bedrooms squeaks when lying down or rolling over. The kitchen is poorly outfitted. Pans are badly needing replacement, no large bowls for meal preparation, silver wear needs replacing and a shortage of cabinets for food storage. The kitchen table is small with only 4 chairs. The high top chairs are missing the levelers and are woefully uneven.
