Family run business right next to the beach at Drakes Bay so great for getting on a tour and the restaurant at the hotel and just next door are both gorgeous! The family are lovely and everyone is really helpful... we had a fabulous time!

Muy buena eleccion para la estancia en Drake. La ubicacion excepcional, con vistas al mar. La habitacion cómoda, tal cual se ve en la foto. Muy buen desayuno. Pero lo mejor de todo, el personal… todos encantadores. El restaurante tambien de 10. Recomiendo sin dudar

Well located for early morning, day and night tours.

Location right at the beach nice staff, however way too expensive. Good breakfast was included.

The bungalow has only fly screens (which need to be repaired), no glass windows. This means you will hear everything going on outside (good or bad) and the windows to the common walkway don’t even have a proper curtain, so no privacy for this part of the bungalow. But more importantly, the air conditioning cannot do its job properly, the cool air will go straight out the window and a lot of energy is wasted immediately. Looking at this, we didn’t quite understand why they called themselves Eco Lodge? For this reason, we left the A/C off. For one night the room was more than US$200, considering the basicness of the rooms, the tiny shower that will flood the bathroom immediately, a showerhead that will come off by merely touching it, flickering lights in the bungalow, a pitch dark stairway after 8:30 p.m. and water failing while showering, this price is way off. There’s nothing wrong with basic hotels, we actually appreciate that, but the pricing has to reflect this. The structure here is quite old and is receiving a stepwise upgrade, but it’s still a way to go and we did not feel the pricing was anywhere near appropriate. We actually stayed at a different hotel nearby before our overnight tour through Corcovado NP and the rate was much more appropriate at a higher service level. Maybe we just got an old bungalow that hasn’t been renovated yet, but I wouldn’t be willing to pay more than USD 80 for this structure and we cannot recommend anyone to come here as long as they ask such prices to be paid.
