Moskva Motel & Apartment Danang

It was really a clean hotel apartment ,there was a good restaurant just across the road ,there was two small but clean supermarket near by as well as pharmacy ,not far from BaNa Hills nor from Dragon Bridge

Khách sạn nằm ở khu vực xa trung tâm gần công viên nên sẽ phù hợp cho chuyến đi thư giãn đổi gió tránh ồn ào, cũng gần với chung cư Ori garden nên sẽ có nhiều cửa hàng và nhà thuốc lớn, tuy nhiên điểm trừ lớn là dọn phòng không được sạch lắm, giường hơi dơ, mong chủ KS thấy được và cải thiện hơn

The hotel is quite far from the Danang center, but everything is acceptable compared to the price i have to pay

Avoid this hotel. Our experience was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. The first room we were given was filthy – thick dust everywhere, cobwebs in the corners, dirt on surfaces, stained bedding, a dirty fridge, and even broken glass on the floor. To make matters worse, there was a strong smell of urine in the room. Completely unacceptable. We asked to move rooms and were given a second room which was only slightly better, but still clearly not cleaned properly. When we moved one of the beds slightly just to create a bit more walking space, we discovered a build-up of dust, dirt, crumbs, broken nails and even used, dirty wax covered ear buds underneath. It was obvious the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in a very long time. In the end we had to go out and buy our own cleaning products just to make the room livable. The bedding in the second room also smelled like it hadn’t actually been changed, just quickly remade for the next guest. The view from the room was awful – just rubble, litter and rubbish. Not at all what you expect when booking a hotel stay. The situation became even more ridiculous during our stay when housekeeping asked us to wash a towel that they said “wouldn’t come clean.” We cleaned it ourselves easily with soap and water. When we tried to check out, we were actually told we couldn’t leave until another towel had been cleaned by us. I have never stayed in a hotel where guests are expected to clean their own room and wash their own towels. The only positive thing I can say is that the reception staff were polite and friendly. Unfortunately that doesn’t make up for the overall experience. The hotel is also about 30 minutes away by taxi from the town centre of Da Nang, which makes it even more inconvenient. Overall, a very poor stay. Avoid.
