Staff were excellent. Check in was easy and quick.
Pools were great
Need more chairs/day beds around the lazy river and outdoor water park.

Excellent choice of several swimming pools, which we appreciated a lot, especially our kids.
My wife also did some wellness treatments and they were very good.
With my Italian origin, I also appreciated the pizza, which was made very well.
The fact that currently construction works are ongoing nearby did not disturb us

We were helped during our stay by kroos. He is friendly and willing to help people and that is what we like. He is service focussed and I Will recommend everybody to ask him for help when needed. So very happy and off course a mark 10

Good restaurants. Good size family room. Outdoor swim area and beach access is nice.
Staff have been very helpful und friendly.
Rooms are very plain and need some maintenance. Bathroom is small compared to the room.
Not very clean in places.
Indoor waterpark is very busy and beach pool area was very hectic.
