Panoramic Penthouse with Rooftop Terrace & Parking for 2 Cars

Large apartment on three floors leading to a large very nice terrace. Well equipped. Good location. Very quiet. Clear access instructions.

We had to wait for cleaning until 3pm checkin . Eventually we got into the apartment whereupon the cleaners arrived. So we had to leave the apartment which messed up our day. They offered a 'late' checkout at 12am but then on the departure day the cleaners arrived at 10am. Very disorganised. We reported a lighting problem but the agents at first expected us to wait for the workman. Then they said they could come when we were out so we gave them a time slot but they didn't come. The large walk-in shower water outlet was blocked so we had to use the bath shower. We had given up expecting things to be fixed. So in conclusion very nice apartment but the agents are disorganised.

Die Lage und die Terrasse waren supper,Betten waren gemütlich.

Die Sauberkeit,Badezimmer verschmutzt, das Waschbecken wurde anscheinend nur schnell drüber gewischt aber größere Verschmutzungen wurden übersehen. Boden staubig und dreckig und Stühle voller Krümel gewesen.Die Betten waren sauber nur man hat ein unwohles Gefühl wie der rest nicht richtig saubergemacht ist. Die Lage mit den Parking wäre supper gewesen das wir nicht erst anrufen müssten für mehrere Informationen weil es nicht richtig erklärt werden ist.
