Owners / workers was amazing so helpful in every way Perfect location if you went to be in the center just up from the bars / restaurants

Just a few bugs and could of done with more amenities but as soon as we asked we did get.

Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. It’s true that the shower and toilet are too close, but you can adjust for a couple of days. Cherry, the main receptionist, was very helpful arranging island hopping, tours, and transportation to the airport. It is far from the noisy area and close enough to walk to the many restaurants that general luna can offer.

The staff were great, I mostly just spoke with Sherry, I believe her name was. She was very accommodating and understanding when I messed up my check out date by accident. The place looked nice in the shared areas for the most part.

The sheets provided as blankets were a little coarse and uncomfortable. The water from the sink had a bad odour. The "pool" water was discolored yellow brown, so didn't attempt a dip.

Firstly I’d like to start with the staff, they were absolutely amazing, so friendly and kind.

Unfortunately, and can only speak on the room 4 we had some issues. Drain blockage (which caused bathroom to flood), shower head not working properly (we fixed these issues ourself), leaking bidet (we don’t use this but made floor very wet), loud roosters next door! Slight light on the roof that couldn’t be turned off which made the room quiet light for sleeping. Also we didn’t realise the shower was basically on top of the toilet - something we aren’t use to & wouldn’t recommend as area is small enough and everything gets wet in the bathroom.
