Terra Siargao

We stayed in Terra for 6 nights and we did not regret our decision. The location was perfect because it was in the middle. Store outside was really helpful. The pool was amazing after a really tiring day from exploring the island. Free water is a plus and the staff will clean the room whenever we request it. With Good wifi and strong water supply.

Our experience at Terra was amazing and the staff were very kind and helpful! They booked airport transfers, scooter rentals, and tour reservations upon request. We used the pool everyday and the facilities were all very well maintained daily. We also enjoyed the breakfast that they made for us. There is great AC in the room and fan that can be adjusted using the remotes provided. There was also Netflix on the TV in our room. There was a friendly cat named Hunter and cute dog named Sugar. Would highly recommend renting a scooter as it made the location very accessible. Thank you to the Terra team!

Spacious, clean and quiet rooms . Location is a bit out of the way but generally close to general luna, beaches etc. Would stay again.

My family and I stayed here and booked two rooms for 4 people. Pros: The place is clean, cute, and quaint. The staff is wonderful and the owners are friendly and treat you like you’re their friends. The pool is also an amazing place to wind down after a day of exploring. Cons: Although, this is technically in general Luna, it is a 10-15 minute tricycle ride into town. We weren’t aware of this. We were also informed that this place did not have all their proper rental licenses in place, which would explain the reasonable price. Technically this place should not even be available to book on agora. The worst part is that you will not get any sleep here. The power goes out quite often, and although the owners reassured us that the generators would kick in, a lot of times it didn’t. Since this is not in main area, the power goes out more frequently than the busy area. We spent 2 nights with no ac, no fan, no electricity, and no water. To top it off, the walls are paper thin. This resort is very small so you can hear people coming back from partying at 2am in the morning. It would be fine if they went to sleep after, but no, they continue to either party, fight, or even have sex. We could hear EVERYTHING all night long. We had zero sleep 2/3 nights that we stayed here. We complained to the owners and staff multiple times and they say they’ll take care of it, but they never did and the noise continued. This is also a common complaint by guests according to the staff. They offered to give us our money back on our last night, but obviously it would be impossible to find a new hotel at the last minute. I very much regret staying here and would have loved siargao if it wasn’t for this place. Overall, the pros do not outweigh the cons.
