The staff were very courteous!

Staff was very good and the room was clean.
The exterior steps were very slippery when wet. There were too many dogs running through the restaurant.

The villa was beautiful and spacious, and the cleaning crew did a great job cleaning it daily.
I loved the “extras” the hotel provided, eg free SUP rental, free transfers around GL, and free fresh coconuts almost on a daily basis.
All staff we encountered were wonderful and friendly.
There are a few minor points which I think the hotel could benefit from improving: 1. Offering hair conditioner and body lotion in the villas and 2. Offering Filipino / other cuisines in the restaurant.
