Cogon Tropical Resort

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel the location is very convenient and close to everything especially in the evening the hotel itself is wonderful and definitely worth the price the room was exactly like the pictures which was a great plus most importantly the staff were super friendly, welcoming, and helpful i would definitely stay here again.

The property and the staff it self was great and nice. The location was also very good since it is situated at the center of the tourism road.

Some of the other guests were loud past early hours most nights.

The property is located on a good spot in general luna, close to both the main thoroughfare and cloud 9 though you definitely need a scooter/bike to get around. The property itself is very aesthetic and has a nice pool.

The rooms weren’t small but they were very tired. Buckled floorboards with many gaps which leads to quite large bugs being able to get in and out very easily. There was a bad drain smell in the bathroom that came and went. The water pressure is quite weak but that being said hot water did work whenever needed. Cleaning is only every 3 days which for the price wasn’t enough and no water was provided beyond the two bottles on the first day. There is a dispenser at reception but I thought bottles should have been provided.
