Sandpit Cottage

We loved location,cottage set in peaceful countryside with lovely views. Very welcoming cottage ,homely feeling. In cottage we found everything what needed. Was nice surprise -snacks in basket and milk butter in fridge. Thank you for letting us in house . Us dog loved too x

I loved the location. It was so peaceful and the size of the building was just perfect for what you need. The outdoor area and garden was amazing to have for the fine weather.

Comfortable cottage set in peaceful countryside with cows at your doorstep. Three tastefully furnished and generous sized bedrooms, especially the master bedroom. Communication with host was excellent with comprehensive information in the on-site folder. There were many thoughtful touches, such as milk, butter and cheese left in the fridge for us even though we did not need any. Washer dryer was a bonus. Great value! Highly recommended!

Only one bathroom for 3 rooms and it was wheelchair accessible, which meant that there is no separate shower stall. During showers, water splashed everywhere on the floor from underneath the too-short shower curtain. Host could consider a longer shower curtain or lowering the shower rail.
