Excellent stay here for 2 nights. Ample parking, handy for local pubs, shops and Tramore town and beach. Our host Steven answered any questions we had beforehand and even stopped by to see if we were happy. The annex was a welcome bonus.
Only thing we thought could be better were the showers as they were not very powerful - Electric Showers but only a minor issue.

Property is spacious and has everything needed in a vacation home. Books, cooking utensils, car park space, a good walking distance to the beach.

Good location. Comfortable. Clean. Spacious kitchen and living room.
Some fixtures and fittings of poor quality/lights not working, although these didn’t have a huge influence on our enjoyment.
Heating seemed to be automatically controlled and we felt it chilly in the evening, so we bought some wood (none provided despite the pictures provided) and fired up the fire/stove. We figure it must have been the first time it had been used as the fumes were terrible. That really influenced our Friday night. Check out time of 10 or 11 on the Sunday didn’t go down well with our group either. The price (which we accepted) was high for this time of year.
