αιρετική διαμονή στη Μονεμβασιά! Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, πολύ όμορφο και σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, με υπέροχη θέα που έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο ξεχωριστή. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν εξαιρετική, πολύ ευγενική και πάντα διαθέσιμη να βοηθήσει. Όλα ήταν προσεγμένα μέχρι την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια. Μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι και σίγουρα θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά!

La vue , et surtout la tranquillité. Vous êtes au milieu des oliviers, des figuiers, sans nuisance sonore et sans être isolés ! Regina est formidable, très arrangeante , vous accueille avec de nombreuses attentions (nourriture et vin dans le frigo notamment ) et vous prépare un programme avec de très bonnes adresses pour optimiser au mieux le temps passé dans la région . Grâce à elle nous avons pu faire de nombreuses visites sur la journée. La maison est très agréable, très bien climatisée , propre, et le jacuzzi privatif sur la terrasse est un vrai plus . La décoration est soignée . Bref nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour.

Rien tout était parfait ! Je regrette juste de ne pas être restée plus longtemps !

When choosing accommodation for our holiday in Greece, we, as usual, relied on reviews and were amazed at just how highly rated Villa Art Foutia was. We can now say with confidence that the positive reviews are true. The villa is beautiful. It is situated in a secluded spot amongst olive groves on a hilltop. It offers breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and the unique fortress of Monemvasia. At the same time, it takes about 10–15 minutes by car to reach the nearest beach, shop or restaurant. The villa is, without a doubt, very comfortable. Everything works perfectly and is kept impeccably clean and tidy. It’s hard to think of anything it lacks. There was a parasol, a beach mat and beach towels. The hair and body care products were of a very high quality. A first-aid kit was also available. The villa’s interior isn’t just pleasant; it’s unique and reflects the hostess’ personality. Our daughter appreciated the exceptional musical instrument. We’d particularly like to thank Regina. We’ve probably never received a warmer welcome in all our years of travelling. We arrived very late. Knowing this, Regina made sure we had food. It wasn’t just a welcome gesture in the form of wine, snacks, coffee and tea, but much more: the fridge was stocked with everything we needed for a proper breakfast, including eggs, cheese, bread, yoghurts, a cake and ice cream. Regina also took the time to show us all the nearby beaches. She was constantly on hand to advise us on the sights worth visiting and how best to organise our visits.

There’s no such thing

We loved every single minute of our two-week stay at Villa Art Foutia! The house is beautifully designed and very comfortable, surrounded by nature and magical silence. The panoramic views are simply spectacular. Beyond the perfect setting, the hosts who are also the owners were outstanding. They went completely out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable, sharing fantastic insider recommendations for the best places to explore in the area. A flawless 10/10 experience—highly recommended! Thank you Regina for unforgettable holidays , we hope to see you again .
