About this house rental
The rustic house in the local style (100 years old, modernly restored) is located in the center of Leonidion, with the picturesque red rock panorama, surrounded by olive trees, unspoilt Greek country life and with Greek neighbors. It is ideal for relaxing and resting as well as for many activities that result from the proximity to the sea and the mountains. The house can be easily reached by car. The car can be parked in front of the house.
The house has a garden and a 20 sqm terrace. In the garden there is a wood oven and a large grill.
On a spacious open living area (approx. 70 sqm) with a special ambience is the living area with a cozy seating area, a fireplace for the cooler days, a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table.
On the upper floor, accessible via a wooden staircase, are the pleasantly cool bedrooms with large single beds, which can very easily become large double beds. Bed linen and towels are provided once a week. Bath towels must be brought.
The fairly large and very nice bathroom (with bathtub) is located on the living level below.

House was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the outside bathroom was under construction while we were there so I can’t comment on that.

Our group of 6 stayed here for two weeks of climbing in Leonidio and it was perfect. Right in town for walking to shops and cafes, as well as walking to many of the crags near town. Would definitely stay here again!

We where five males on a climbing trip to the Peloponnese and this house was excellent for our needs, though it felt a little odd having to go outside to the bathrooms ! and you had to watch your head in the kitchen/dining room, but we soon got used to it and wasn't a problem.
Maria, the house keeper was there for any questions we had and changed the bedding for us half way through our stay.
I would definitely recommend this house to my friends.

This is a lovely house! We had 7 of us at one point there (although it would have been more suited to six), and it was no issue. The location was great for walking to the center, up to the Mars Sector for climbing, and there was a spot to park if you had a vehicle. It is good to know that this classic old house has both of the bathrooms outside from the front door (old school, to be sure) but this never was an issue — and maybe even offered the privacy one would desire in a full house. Totally loved this place and would be happy to stay again (and will next time again!).
