Room with a view

Exceptional location. Location is everything. If you need a place to sleep and take a shower - this is it. Without much philosophy. Kottbusser Tor is not for everyone; underground, totally vibrant, edgy, multicultural, exciting. Restaurants, shops, transport to all important clubs - in front of the building, metro, bus. If your indoor needs are simple and you know precisely what you are after in BLN - this is the place for you.

I wouldn't change a thing, even the weather was my cup of tea, light rain, cloudy, sunny, in back and forth :) pure Berlin

"La stanza con vista" è uno spaccato Bohémien unico e assolutamente centrato col mood della città di Berlino. Sesto piano (con ascensore) nel quartiere di Kreuzberg (centralissimo) vicino alla metro di "Kotti" (così denominata) in una delle zone più colorate, multietniche e movimentate di Berlino. La stanza è piena di oggettistica molto particolare che la caratterizza, pulita e con un terrazzo che permette una bella vista della metropoli. I padroni di casa sono fantastici, accoglienti, simpatici e molto disponibili... Quando tornerò a Berlino sicuramente alloggerò qui di nuovo!

Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel waren sehr schnell zu erreichen und daher sehr angenehm. Die freundliche Art des Gastgebers hat mir gut gefallen. Die Versorgung mit Wasser war sehr gut. Meine Privatsphäre war jederzeit gegeben. Es war ein kleines Zimmer aber sehr gut. Das Leben in der Umgebung war sehr aufschlussreich.

Die Sauberkeit außerhalb der Wohnung war sehr unangenehm. Im Haus und auch in der Umgebung des Hauses.

Super Gastgeber, nett, freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend. Personen, die Pflanzen lieben, werden sich hier sehr wohlfühlen. Man kann sich Kaffee und Tee machen. Es gab auch Schokolade. Beim Check-in hatte ich Glück und konnte etwas früher ins Zimmer. Wer Schickimicki drauf ist - ist hier falsch. Ich bin fast 60 Jahre alt und habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Und auch die Umgebung war kein Problem - ist eben Kreuzberg - alles super.
