About this apartment rental
Zepernick, a district of the municipality of Panketal, is located between Berlin, Bernau, and Barnim Nature Park. You’re welcome to stay here with your dog and/or child.
The room with a view is fully equipped with a fold-out bed with pillows and blankets for one person, a table and chair, a mini-kitchen (refrigerator, stove, sink), cabinets, and dishes and silverware. A private restroom with a sink (NO SHOWER) is located directly across the hall.
Long-term stays are also possible by arrangement.
The accommodation
Bed, chair & table, closet, mini-kitchen, small bathroom across the hall with a toilet and sink with hot water (NO SHOWER). Do not enter any other areas of the house or property (except for the path to the house and the marked outdoor area).
Guest Access
The gate on the right in front of the garage is your entrance. Go through the pallet door, turn right into the passageway, and continue to the house. You will find the key to the house in the key safe at the bottom of the stairs. I will provide you with the code separately.
Please note that you are only permitted to enter the room with a view and the accompanying guest restroom—including the path leading to them—as well as the designated outdoor area. All other areas of the house, as well as the gate and entrance areas—including the key safe—are monitored by cameras for your and my safety and must not be entered.

Additional Important Notes
The room with a view is located in my private home, where I live with my children. Please respect our privacy and behave appropriately and considerately. Visitors are not permitted. You may only access the room with a view, the guest restroom, the designated outdoor area, and the path to the house. All other areas, both inside and outside, are off-limits.
The fresh water and wastewater tanks are located under the sink. You can refill the fresh water tank in the bathroom. Please be sure to check the fill level of the wastewater tank and empty it in a timely manner.
There is at least one free-roaming male cat, fenced-in chickens, and a dog on the property.
Please close all windows and doors at night and whenever you leave the house.
