About this house rental
Hi there,
we are happy to rent our small, inexpensive bunglow to Berlin tourists, we are 10 minutes from the Panketal / Zepernick S-Bahn station. In 30 minutes you are in the city - from Berlin.
But there are also many smaller lakes in the area (easy to reach by bike / of course also by car).
Bakeries, shops or restaurants are within walking distance.
The bungalow is equipped with a double bed 1. 40 x 2 meters, a closet, a kitchenette with fridge and sink, as well as all dishes. A toaster, kettle, coffee machine and TV are available. Small table and chairs and an adjoining small bathroom with a shower and sink. Outside you have the opportunity to sit in the garden. Also here are table and chairs, as well as a parasol. We can also provide you with a grill (coal and lighter should be brought along + independent cleaning)

Tea towels are provided.
Or they can optionally be borrowed on site for a fee. (total fee 10 €)

A lovely little bungalow in a beautiful quiet area. Very clean and well maintained. It has everything you need for your stay. Local shops not too far away, and close to the train station too.
My partner and I had a fantastic time visiting Berlin, and this lovely cosy bungalow made our stay even better.
The hosts were fantastic and made us feel very welcome even with the language barrier. They were also very patient with out late arrival, due to travel problems.
We will definitely be returning.

Hôte très serviable qui ne parle pas un mot d’anglais mais prend le temps d’essayer de comprendre et communique malgré la barrière de la langue. Un espaces priver malgré le fait qu’on soit dans le jardin de l’hôte, on a vraiment notre espaces. L’emplacement est proche des transports en commun et d’une grande surface il y a tout les ustensiles pour faire à manger. Enfin nous avons appeller cette endroit avec mon amie un havre de paix car c’est très calme et le soir on peut même y voir les étoile. Proche également de lac incroyable et de chemin de randonnée, si vous chercher un endroit agréable dans la ville mais proche d’espace vert et relaxant ne cherchez plus vous avez trouver.

Es riecht etwas muffig. Das liegt wohl daran dass es keine Heizung gibt. Dierekt nebenan fährt alle paar Minuten die S-Bahn. Die Vermieterin ist nicht besonders freundlich. Ich habe keine Rechnung bekommen. Könnte so die Dienstreise auch nicht bei meinem Arbeitgeber abrechnen.
