Blue Light Room

La habitación espaciosa, cómoda, silenciosa. El anfitrión muy amable y disponible. Ubicación muy cómoda al lado del metro, restaurantes y entorno muy tranquilo.

Limpieza mejorable sobre todo del baño

The room at Karl-Marx-Strasse 20 was comfortable and big, The bathroom was heated by an electric heater, however the water in the sink (for washing hands) was cold. But the shower war comfortable with hot water. The location at Neukölln was good to get to the concert site Huxley's Neue Welt for the concert 'Paradise Lost' on that night.

The main problem was that we (my wife and I) did NOT spend the night in the Blue Light Room. When we arrived at the site (address of the Blue Light Room) before 6pm, we tried to phone to the landlord on the number privided. We did not get an answer, we tried to call several times. Finally I phoned to booking.com hotline at Frankfurt. Alexandros S. tried to help us. But he insisted on telling us that we came too late (after 6:00pm) according to what was noted in the booking.com system which is NOT true. But it was not my fault that the landlord's phone was disconnected. 30 minutes later, the landlord of Blue Light Room gave me a call telling me that he could offer us a different room to stay at Karl-Marx-Strasse 20. So when we finally got there it was already after 8pm. The room at Karl-Marx-Strasse was comfortable and big, tidiness: fair (not too good) I would say. A bad thing was that the heating was turned off, the room temperature was below 15°C. One thing is very weird: Why did the landlord NOT offer us the accomodation we had booked (Blue Light Room); instead directed us to a different location? Very strange indeed.
