Location And price was great
Screened in deck for cabin has big gaps that needs extra netting to keep the bugs out.

Being on the river
The beds were horrible, we arrived 30 minutes early and they wouldn't allow us to check in because they send they were cleaning but when we got to our cabin there was sand on the living room floor and when we went to pull out the sofa bed it was full of sand and there was stuff on the mattress. the "beach" area was more like a puddle and 2 of the 3 remotes for the tv's didn't work
