The location was great. Hotel was in good condition. The pool area was nice.
The beds were not very comfortable. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. What was most annoying was trying to contact the property beforehand and then trying to get help from the manager once on site. She was very unapologetic and told me that they don’t monitor their email so booking.com was unable to communicate with them on our behalf. She did not offer me any solutions to my issues only policies.

Close and convenient to Old Forge. Can access snowmobile trails right from parking lot.
Not a lot of parking and very icy.

We never take advantage. Not a fan of the coffee...my own taste.
Wish your rooms would have a microwave in them. It is not convenient to have to trudge over to the office to reheat something.
