Excellent location. Good amenities. Very comfortable. Highly recommend for Barcelona. Eixample is a wonderful part of the city.

The price was higher but this is an excellent property.

Property was clean. The apartment was spacious. Did not feel closed up. Sunlight came in and brightened up the whole apartment. Great location downtown Barcelona near metro/bus and restaurants. Walkable to some sights. There was a restaurant on each side of the apartment. It felt safe. Lots of lighting and busy street, which I like.

The shower was very small. I am a size 16. So not much room to move around in the shower but on the other hand I know showers and elevators in Europe are narrow. Major problem, it seems that when others in the building are using the shower my husband and I got cold water. Then without warning the hot water will flow very hot as the handle for the shower is extremely sensitive. I almost burned myself with it. I hope this gets fixed. It is the only thing that Was wrong otherwise I recommend it.

Location was great

No hot water or AC for first day and got the run around from co about them sending someone out… we wasted a full day of our trip as we couldn’t shower before we went out touring… finally showered in cold water so we could leave and sightsee. the company knew about the hot water issue before we got there and for some reason didn’t get it fixed in time!! Wouldn’t let us cancel to go to hotel as we booked without cancellation. It was a very bad start to a holiday we were looking forward to.
