It was close to attractions
The bed is to springy, and the water pressure is horrible. I actually was shaking while showering because there was not enough water to cover. Also it takes a long time to get any hot water.

La cama por alguna razón que desconozco tenía dos colchones(uno encima de otro). El resto todo perfecto

The location was ideal. Very close to all the attractions and restaurants. It is located in the quiet section of old town so you are guaranteed to have a good night’s sleep.
It is a very good value for the price we paid. Nice to have 3x the space as a regular hotel room with a full kitchen. We would be happy to book it again if we find ourselves back in San Juan.

Location was great!! Host was very helpful and responsive!
Bed was very jiggly. Mattress was new but better quality mattress would help.
