About this apartment rental
Discover and enjoy Nantes by staying in my apartment, very bright, recently refurbished and decorated by me.
You will be seduced by the calm of this area, close to the train station and shops, well served and with private parking. (a real plus)
Bed linen and shower towels are provided, as well as shower/shampoo product. For your comfort, coffee and tea pods will be offered for the first night.
Non-smoking apartment and pets not allowed.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator.
There is a bedroom with a large wardrobe and a double bed with ergonomic pillows (if needed standard pillows are available in the wardrobe). There is also a travel cot.
In the living room there is a large sofa bed for two people plus a third place for a child between 3 and 6 years old. Possibility to add sheets for the small children's bed (an extra charge is required).
The bedding is new and of very good quality.
NB:
If you are 2 and you want to sleep separately and have a sofa bed, you must make the reservation for 3 travelers.
Linen (sheets, towels) is provided.
The kitchen is new, well appointed and equipped: there is a washer/dryer, gas kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all utensils for cooking.
Condiments are self-service.
There is a bathroom with bath and separate toilet.
In the living room there is a large dining table for 4 people with 4 chairs and a high chair for children. You will find books, a fan and nice photos of Nantes hanging on the wall. There are also books and children's toys.
There is wifi (fiber) and a large TV with many channels.

Cute little apartment three flights up, no elevator. Was conveniently located for us, near our son's home. Parking is a plus. You may want to remove waterproof matress covers if like me you find them uncomfortable. I didn't because the bed was of course already made up and I was too lazy to do it. Very nice big towels. The sofa bed in the living room was very comfortable. Don't expect snacks but there is coffee and tea to get you started.
