Special spacious mountain home with sunset views on the private decks. The home is convenient to kayaking, breweries, wineries, ASU, Downtown Boone, Blue Ridge Parkway, and West Jefferson. Custom woodwork throughout, 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, open great room with dining and kitchen for easy entertainment. Beautifully landscaped yard with fire pit and lovely flowers. Just minutes to Downtown Boone and ASU, yet on this property, you feel secluded and private.

Pet friendly. Anderson realty personnel were very helpful. It is a remote property, but once we found the best way in and out, it was nice to be away from crowds. The only reason we gave it a 4 star instead of 5 was because we were not told there was no mail box at the property and our mail got messes up.
