This air-conditioned condo enjoys a welcoming open floor plan with a screened balcony that is the perfect spot to unwind and relax after a refreshing splash in the community outdoor pool. Curl up on your favorite sofa in the living room and stream an entertaining series, sports game, or movie on the smart TV with streaming services. Prepare delicious homemade treats and meals in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances. The primary suite boasts a smart TV and a spacious en suite bath with a shower and a separate soaking tub. Additional perks include an on-site washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The property was great in general, the pool was a nice perk, and so was the short walking distance to the beach. We actually love that its a little off 30a that allows quiet and privacy.
