Bus stop to Aspen/Snowmass resorts just a few blocks way. Beautiful Crown Mtn. Park just 2 blocks away offering summer and winter family activities from motocross and soccer to winter cross country skiing. You also have within ~4 blocks, the Roaring Fork River for fishing, rafting, etc. Home come equipped with outdoor Jacuzzi and indoor steam shower. Home has a master bedroom with king bed; guest room with queen bed; and new leather pullout sofa in den. Kitchen is fully equipped for nights when you want to dine in; also an outdoor gas grill for those summer nights.
