The open planned living area is bright and spacious, and includes a dining area and fully appointed modern kitchen.
There are two good sized bedrooms, the main with a king sized bed, and the secondary bedroom accommodating a full sized bunk bed, and study area.
This spacious 900sf apartment has all the amenities you will need including a laundry.
The apartment is ideally located in Old town Basalt that is a quiet residential neighborhood,
and is part of a historic 1896 church that has been tastefully renovated in two luxury apartments.
Main St Basalt, along with all the great restaurant’s, is a two minute walk away and accessed via a small, quaint walkway just up the street.

WIFI and Netflix are included.
The study area includes access and desk, a small colour printer and paper.
Pets, vaping and smoking are not allowed within the Unit.
There are no facilities for electric charging of vehicles.
On street Parking is available directly in front of the unit.

Great place to say. Very convenient to get to the main street with eateries and events. Only had to get some assistance with a smoke detector battery and response was immediate. Could have used a couple more things in the kitchen but it was a minor inconvenience. Overall it was really nice. Thanks Scott

We loved this interesting remodeled church property and the delightful town of Basalt. The apartment in this historic structure is modern and well-equipped, and the location is walking distance to coffee places and a few great restaurants while serving as an excellent base to tour the whole valley by car.
