Looking for something outside of the downtown hustle and bustle? This comfortable, three-bedroom, one level home might suit your vacation needs. Sits at the end of a cul-de-sac, just above downtown Basalt. Most of the passers-by are wild turkey and deer - although there are some lovely neighbors House sits on one acre and is super quiet. A portion of the green yard to the south is fenced. No garage, but a very long driveway to park cars and toys. For ease and grace arriving, the house is ready-made, stocked with linens, paper products and soaps. It's really the perfect mountain house for your Colorado adventures.

Kristen was an amazing host. She was super accommodating when one membervof our group needed to check in early. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed! We loved to location and the proximity to Aspen, Maroon Bells, and Glenwood Springs. We really enjoyed our time here!

The home was clean, well furnished, and had an awesome fenced-in area that our dog loved. Finding a dog-friendly home that also rates high for humans is not always easy. I’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and the mattresses in this home were above and beyond the most comfortable. I’d happily stay again.

Charming and comfortable property a short (walkable) distance from downtown Basalt. Clean, efficient and nicely stocked with everything we needed. Truly enjoyed the property and our stay. Ps…Appreciated the read: Nick Offerman’s “Where the Deer and the Antelope play” in the living room.

Very clean, well-maintained house with a nice fenced yard that's convenient to Downtown Basalt. And a very good value for the Roaring Fork Valley!
