This hideout comes with a completely stocked kitchen, a game room with arcades, and all linens and towels are provided.

This home is perfect to share with a family or multiple families. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a meal if you do get tired of the amazing restaurants Asheville has to offer.
We have also included a game room for kids and adults alike!
Guests will have access to the entire property
Our property is located:
8.5 Miles from the Biltmore
4.3 miles from UNC Asheville
3.5 miles from the beautiful Lake View Park & Beaver Lake Bird Sanctuary
2.5 miles from the Blueridge Parkway and the Craven Gap Trail
Smoking or vaping is not allowed at our property. A fee of $500 will be assessed to cover the cost of extra cleaning and fumigating.
Pets must be on a leash at all times while outside. Our property is not fenced so please make sure your animals are controlled.
In order to protect our property, we do not allow campfires or fire pits on property.
All trash should be placed in trash bags and placed in the trash bins outside. Please ensure the lids are strapped down to persuade the wildlife from making a mess.
We encourage family to utilize our place for gatherings; however, we do prohibit house parties. Violation would require immediate termination of the rental agreement and guest will be forced to leave the property. Additional cleaning fees and charges would apply.
Our property is located in the mountains. While there are no steps inside or out, there is uneven terrain, rocks, and other natural impairments.
Guests required to sign a short term lease agreement.

We loved the location of our little house! It was perfect! Tucked in a very private area in a nice neighborhood. Not far from everything we had on our agenda! Definitely recommend!
