Welcome to our Parisian inspired oceanfront condo at The Sherwin offering stunning views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Intercostal waterways. Our recently renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Daytona Beach Shores.
A minimum of 14 consecutive days rental is required.
UPDATE: THE POOL AND POOL DECK ARE NOW OPEN AS OF MAY 24, 2024. There is also added Adirondack chairs at edge of the property overlooking the ocean and a gas fire pit.
Take your morning coffee watching the sunrise on the Atlantic and the sunset on the Intercostal waterway. We have even seen dolphins playing in the ocean - catching the odd wave. Both the Primary suite and the living room have floor to ceiling windows giving you a stunning view of the Atlantic.
The condo offers an open floor plan with gourmet kitchen, eating peninsula and full dining room table to host your friends and family for dinner.
Additional amenities include a heated outdoor pool steps from the beach, Adirondack chairs overlooking the ocean, gas fire pit, Jacuzzi/ hot tub, two saunas, well-equipped fitness room, game room with pool table, and a sunroom with library.
Daytona Beach Shores features coastline on both sides: the Atlantic Ocean on the east and the Intracoastal Waterway on the west. Take advantage of the pristine beach – whether for sunrise walks or bicycling, frolicking in the sand and surf, or enjoying the quiet solitude of the setting sun.
The Sherwin is close to New Smyrna, Ormond and Flagler beach, the famous Daytona International Speedway(daily tours available), only 1 hour from Florida's major theme parks, and just under an hour to St. Augustine - the oldest city in the United States.

We stayed three wonderful weeks in March! The condo was very clean and the view from the front door as you walked in was Florida at its best, just as you see in the write up! Lisa was very helpful and knowledgeable with any and all questions we had regarding the area and or the condo. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will be back next year. Thanks Lisa!
