Failure to complete required pre-arrival steps may impact check-in access. All bookings during peak season that include a weekend, holiday, multi house booking or reservation modifications are nonrefundable. All dual unit properties require booking both side of the unit during peak season.

Place was nice and in the lake it stayed that there was a hot tub there is a swim spa located next door but was not private as the add described but for use with multiple properties sharing this...communication was not great as I was told I would have verification of reservation within 24hrs which normally wouldn't be a big deal but only booked 2 days in advance so didn't get confirmation until the day of reservation...tried to cancel when I didn't hear from them but wouldnt allow me to saying there was no refund being that they didn't confirm in 24 hrs I feel I should have had the rite to cancel and would have done so and booked a room at a hotel...overall it was a nice place for the most part it was clean but in need of some updates and touch up painting inside...
