Our charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is the perfect retreat for families or groups of up to 8 guests. Nestled in a country setting, our property offers access to several nearby lakes, including our very own Big Guernsey and Little Guernsey, great for fishing and kayaking.
Take a stroll through the famous Yankee Springs recreational area and enjoy the local wildlife or relax in the outdoor sitting area and firepit.
We provide 4 kayaks and 1 canoe for guests to explore the lake.
Inside, our farmhouse is tastefully decorated to create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.

While our home is not directly on the water, it is a short 10 min walk or 5 min drive to the lake.

Home was very clean and spacious. Everything was well stocked.Mother Nature gave us a beautiful thunder storm that produced a power outage for our stay. The city worked through the holiday (Independence Day), but it was major. Our Home Owner (Kim) was very attentive to our needs to get through the outage. Kim could of left us to our own resources, but she didn't. We are grateful for all her additional time and effort in keeping us comfortable.

Beautiful farmhouse. Modern updates but still felt like farmhouse. Had great outdoor living space. Loved the “extras” from the host.

Kim is a fantastic host! Communication was awesome,very clean!My friends and I stayed there for a bike race. She was even generous enough to let us use the garage to store our bikes. Nice deck area with table outside where we ate dinner one night .Did not get a chance to use the fire pit, but it looked really nice and even supplies the wood. She thought of every detail ,this house had everything that you needed. Including the fresh cookies when we arrived.Fully stocked kitchen not only with all sizes of pots and pans, but a cabinet full of spices and plenty of coffee.love the idea about the various ducks throughout the place.We will be back next year!
