25/26 SKI SEASON DATES NOW AVAILABLE! Experience the ultimate holiday or spring break getaway in this stunning luxury condominium in Old Town Winter Park! Make family memories that last a lifetime in our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home, featuring a private hot tub on the deck with incredible mountain views.
Step inside this open floorplan, top floor single story condo and you will be greeted with volume ceilings and tons of windows providing unparalleled views of the mountains and Winter Park Resort. Enjoy family meals at the large 10-seat dining room table with meals made in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with ample cookware, utensils, plates and glassware, as well as basic spices, condiments and supplies. Recline and sit by the gas fireplace in the cozy living room as you watch the snow fall outside, or relax on one of 2 outdoor decks with patio lights for additional ambience.
Back inside enjoy the spacious primary suite with a king bed, TV, dressers, and a spa like bath with dual vanities, a large shower and soaking tub. A second bedroom features a queen size bed, TV, dresser and and en-suite bath, while in the third bedroom you will find another queen bed along with twin bunk beds and TV. A full bath in the hall and a mud room at the entry finish off the living areas of the condo.
Guests will enjoy 4 parking spaces - 2 in the heated garage below the condo (Note: there is no elevator and guests will take approximately 40 steps up from the garage to the unit), and 2 more unassigned spaces outdoors. A private ski locker is also available in the building for storing your gear at the end of the day.
Walk to the slopes from the condo (about .4 miles away) or catch the Resort shuttle at the stop across from the entrance to the community! A washer and dryer is also available in the condo.
There is NO SMOKING of any kind in our condo, either inside OR outside. The deposit will be retained if guests smoke during their stay. PETS will be considered as we have pets of our own and don't like to leave home without them. Please message me with information regarding your pet if you would like to bring them during your stay. An additional deposit will apply, which is refundable unless there is any damage.
NOTE: This stunning condo is our family home and is only rented a couple of times a year. For the 25/26 ski season we are renting over the December holiday, President’s Day Weekend and for Spring Break. A MINIMUM 6 night rental is required for the December holidays and Spring Break, and a 4 night MINIMUM for President's Day weekend. We are flexible with the dates, so please message me to inquire about specific dates.

My family of four had an amazing ski trip vacation here. We have rented a lot of places but this one was one of the few we felt we could live in! Chris was a wonderful host and very easy to communicate with. The condo is a lovely home, every corner is thoughtfully decorated and stocked. There’s a ski locker downstairs and the shuttle picked us up right outside the entrance to the condo. I also enjoyed the Fraser trail for a peaceful hike just steps from the condo. We recommend!

I recently enjoyed an extraordinary stay at this amazing Winter Park that exceeded all expectations! The property's location provided stunning views and the convenience of being within walking distance to the slopes. The panoramic scenes surrounding the accommodation created a magical backdrop to my winter escape.
This place was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. The meticulous attention to detail added a level of sophistication, making my stay not only comfortable but delightful. It truly felt like a home away from home.
What set this experience apart was the exceptional hospitality of the host. Their warmth and eagerness to assist with any needs or inquiries made the stay more enjoyable. Evidently, they were dedicated to ensuring guests had a remarkable experience.
I wholeheartedly recommend this Winter Park home for anyone seeking an unforgettable getaway. Whether you're a skiing enthusiast or simply searching for a tranquil retreat with breathtaking views, this place ticks all the boxes. My stay was filled with wonderful moments, thanks to the beautiful surroundings and the incredible efforts of the host.

Wonderful property with space, amenities and location. Our family of 7 was easily accommodated. The home is perfect - difficult to imagine a better location and view. Host was very responsive - highly recommend. We will definitely book for a return to Winter Park!
