The villa features five beautifully appointed bedrooms, including two master king bedrooms, two cozy queen guestrooms one with a twin daybed, and a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a full bed. With 3.5 bathrooms, everyone will have ample space to unwind after a day on the slopes or exploring the nearby trails.
Step outside to enjoy your private hot tub, where you can soak in the stunning ski views while sipping on your favorite beverage. The outdoor space also includes a gas grill in the garage and a balcony/deck, perfect for al fresco dining or simply soaking up the sun.
Inside, the villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the necessary dishes and utensils. The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. The unit includes parking for a max of 3 vehicles (NO RV's or camper vans allowed per HOA policy). STR license #029686

The condo was great for our large group. The fridge was not cold and whenever we cooked the fire alarms went off. The beds were good and the location was great.
