The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. This place was so lovely! We are frequent renters of properties on VRBO and other platforms and this was one of our favorites. Decorated to perfection and so so comfortable and inviting. The kitchen has all that we needed and the entire home was carefully curated with everything you may need. Highly recommend! We found this place by doing a search for “waterfront property” in Colorado. We were hoping the river was accessible but it was not. We did enjoy the sound of the river (more like babbling brook) and that was super cool in the morning while drinking coffee on back deck. But if you are looking to use the river, this would not be ideal. We do highly recommend the house for all the other reasons and we will definitely be back! Super cool and unique. Great spot!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family to celebrate Thanksgiving! The house was so very warm and welcoming and the kitchen was stocked with every imaginable item we would have needed!!!

The photos simply did not do this home justice - it was beautiful, immaculate, and had everything we needed. The hot tub on the roof afforded a relaxing place to view the stars, and the elevated patio overlooking the creek was a wonderful place to relax to the sound of running water. The kitchen is well-appointed and allowed us to prepare wonderful meals. The location is perfect: downtown Winter Park is walkable, but the mountain and creek view makes you feel like you're far away from the crowds.
