"Tranquil Elegance" is situated in a small gated community with large pool surrounded by jungle fauna just 500 meters to the beautiful, serene, Blue Flag Beach of Playa Bejuco. Tranquil Elegance is a Newly Built, Gorgeous Apartment Above our Main Home With a King Sized Bed, Spa-Like Bath and a Stunning Kitchen and Living/Dining Areas. The Large Covered Terrace has a Dining Table for 4, Lounge/Beach Chairs and Gas BBQ! Pool Noodles and Boogie Boards are Available for Your Enjoyment Too!
We built "Tranquil Elegance" in 2019 with upscale finishes and space in mind. We have another 3 bedroom rental but many guests just require a 1 bedroom for their vacation. This allows us to provide a beautiful living space with Community Pool just 400 meters to the beach at a reduced price. Everything you need for dining is available for you. BBQ, Blender, Toaster, Microwave, Rice/Slow Cooker, Coffee Maker, Kettle, Electric Frying Pan, Convection Oven, full set of pots and pans, dishes, cutlery and more!
We built Tranquil Elegance With a Cross Breeze in Mind, Hence the Many Windows...However, Each Room Has its own A/C Unit and Fans!
All Linens are Provided, Including Beach Towels. Boogie Boards, Pool Noodles and Beach/Lounge Chairs are Available for Your Enjoyment.
The Space is Completely Private From the Main House and Provides Beautiful Views of the Coconut and Palm Trees as Well as the Jungle Area Surrounding our Community Where you will Quite Often See the Scarlet Macaws, Green Parrots, Iguanas and Troops of Monkeys Playing. As Owners, We are Very Accessible and Happy to Answer Any Questions and Offer Suggestions at Any Time. (We are Super Hosts with another area listing - Please view our other Listing below for Reviews)

The Entire Apartment is Yours as Well as Your Private Terrace. There are laundry facilities available for guests staying for 8 days or longer. (1 load per week). There is Space for 1 Small Vehicle (a larger truck or SUV will not fit in the parking space)
Guest Interaction or Assistance is Available Either Directly Through us or Our Property Managers When we are not in Costa Rica. It is our Goal to Ensure Your Stay at Tranquil Elegance is a Positively Memorable One! We Have an Area Guide Including Recommended Tours, Directions, Restaurants etc. That we Will Provide you Once you have Booked. Please note that electric is extra so a cash deposit ($100/week of stay) will be collected when you arrive and the unused balance returned when you leave.
