Los utensilios de cocina ,y paños de baño ya están deteriorados,cuando hicimos el check in no funcionaba el AC ,tuvimos que esperar a que llegara un encargado o técnico a solucionar el problema ,el tiempo que estuvimos esperando en que lo repararan nos lo ajustaron con el check out un poco más tarde de lo que debíamos salir(bien por eso).

The property location was wonderful. It’s a bit of a drive from San Jose airport. A couple hours anyway.

The pools were ok , especially the pool for building 3&4. The other pools were nice but there was a considerable amount of mold on the grout on the walls inside the pools. There were tiles missing and the interlock was uneven with weeds growing through. Most of the showers around the pool area were inoperable. At one point 2 pools were closed down. All in all I would give the pools a 6 out of 10. The condominium itself was very nice and clean. The view of the beach was amazing. The security was excellent. As for as the amenities inside the condominium go…the pots and pan were terrible, as were the any sharp knives. I had to purchase new frying pans, a cutting board, and a grease splatter screen. There were no sharp knives to cut a papaya for example. There were sharp serrated steak knives tho. The night table beside the bedroom with the window was infested with an insect that I could hear chewing the wood during the night. Every morning I would sweep up the sawdust. I reported it , but nothing ever happened. I did report other small things and they were repaired immediately. The manager of the condominium buildings was named Roy and was a very pleasant person. All in all It was a nice place to stay.

Apartamento cómodo, limpio, contaba con lo necesario

Para accesar al apartamento se cuenta con un solo ascensor, y este estuvo 2 días fuera de servicio, debe de considerarse en caso de ir acompañado con un adulto mayor o personas con problemas de movilidad
