Bejuco Beachfront Condo FRENTE A LA PLAYA hermoso condominio NUEVO

La ubicación, Instalaciones comunes Cercanía con la playa.

Me pareció un precio bastante alto para lo sencillo del apartamento. El baño no tiene donde colocar el shampoo y el jabón. El agua no sale bien y se empoza. Las persianas de la habitación están un poco dañadas El aire acondicionado de la habitación principal no enfría rápido. Había una taza mal lavada y el paño de manos del baño viejo y sucio.

La ubicacion y la seguridad estan increíbles, la playa esta a pocos pasos del departamento ✔️

La calidad del agua, pero nada que no se pudiera solucionar

We liked that the property was on the beach.

The instructions to get onto the property were not correct. Someone opened the gate for us and then the cleaning lady saw us struggling trying to enter the building and came to our rescue. The codes that had been provided for the gate and the build were not the right ones. In the condominium unit it's self we found in bedroom 2, bunkbeds instead of the beds we were expecting (one double and one single). Also we found that there was just no comfortable place to sit. The chairs around the table were made for children and the patio furniture lacked real cushions so they could be comfortable. As for the beach there were no chairs provided so that we could go sit and enjoy the beach. We can not recommend this property if you are seniors looking for comfortable place to relax and enjoy the ocean.
