Delightful 3bed thatched Cottage

The property is spacious. There is an enclosed garden ideal for sitting outside and situated in a nice spot.

Nothing really to dislike. Only consideration was how comfy the beds were.

An idyllic cottage within easy distance from Salisbury, Stonehenge, the coast, Paulton’s Park and Beaulieu. The cottage remained cool despite very hot weather. Lovely village walk through local woods with the dogs. It was well resourced with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and the shower was good.

The parking space was very tight for two cars. The recommended pub was closed on Thursdays and only open limited hours.

Lovely character cottage, great location, village pub and shop in walking distance.

Nothing, it was lovely!

Good communication from host. bedding very clean and nice pretty Village. Kitchen fairly well equipped

Needs a really good clean. Everywhere very dirty. Smelt of dog urine when we first arrived Windows, ledges, curtains and carpets all very dirty. Wouldn't have stayed if bed not clean but it was. Bathroom disgusting. Needs ripping out and some good replacement installed. Having to step into high bath for shower - unsafe. Furred up shower head over bath with disgustingly dirty shower curtain not acceptable. Broken toilet seat that moved and made me nearly fall off - not good. Stain on carpets throughout which looked like some form dog excrement not nice. Could do with some other form of cooking other than AGAR or microwave. Biggest cheek was owner asking us to stay on to do handover clean for next guests as cleaner and wife both unwell. I have highlighted these problems to owner who as of yet hasn't come back to us. Such a shame this beautiful place hasn't been given some TLC with it's decor too.
