They helped us with everything and the place was really good.
We had to check in late because we arrived late in Rome and they helped us with everything till we were inside

I liked the area of where the apartment is located. A lot of restaurants just a short walk from the apartment.
Since we rented a car and although we were promised that parking was no problem actually parking was a bit of a hit or miss! Parking only avaiable at very narrow private roads.
