The staff were excellent. Very responsive and addressed issues immediately. Good amount of space. Lots of parking. Very clean. Bathrooms were updated I believe so quite nice. It had 3 bathrooms with 3 showers which was great. Loved the neighborhood cats.
It has a lot of potential but there were some issues. The kitchen didn’t have a microwave which would have been very helpful. Or an air fryer. There were very few dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots or pans so cooking was a challenge. When we first arrived the a/c wasn’t working in any of the rooms. I messaged and they sent someone to look at it right away. The next day there was an issue with the hot water. The couch should definitely be replaced. You can feel the springs through it. Finally, you don’t really get sun in so the apartment is very dark all day.
