Posizione eccellente, Daniele è una persona gentile e sempre disponibile, la casa è particolarissima e il giardino ha una bellissima vista nella natura ed è un luogo molto silenzioso,non sembra davvero di stare a Roma. È la sera e la mattina presto ci sono un sacco di animaletti da vedere nel parco difronte. Bellissimo il vicino di casa, Nano. Un cane meraviglioso che ci ha fatto sempre compagnia. Siamo stati benissimo.
Abbiamo trovato l appartamento pulito ma farei un po più di attenzione alle pulizie straordinarie. (L interno di alcuni mobili e cassetti , le porte, la lavatrice…lasciano un po’ a desiderare). E qualche ragnatela sfuggita, anche se comprensibile dato che siamo in zona di campagna. Peccato per la mancanza di aria condizionata nella zona giorno. Ma nel complesso tutte cose accettabilissime.

Very nice host, large and stylish apartment, beautyful garden, quiet neighbourhood. Also, we had a check-out at 12, which gave us plenty of time for breakfast, packing and relax during the morning.
Parking was not included into price, but we did not find the information before purchase. Overall it was fine though, price was reasonable. Just made some unnecessarry suspicion at first.

Die Größe der Wohnung war gut, der Garten war auch gut, aber sehr klein. Im Garten stand nur ein Tisch ohne Stühle, auf Anfrage bekamen wir Stühle und eine Liege. Der Gasgrill hatte keine Glasflasche. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir einen Kugelgill mit Kohle. Die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert, der Balkon war gut. Das Bett war bequem. Handtücher waren vorhanden. Die Hängematte war auch gut.
Die Küche war nicht gut ausgestattet, kein Wasserkocher, keine Kaffeemaschine, kaputte Schubladen, kein Spülmittel, dreckige Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. Der Weg zur Garage ist sehr steil und eng. Der Weg zur Wohnung aus der Garage über eine sehr enge Steintreppe. Der Hund war die ganze Zeit im Garten nebenan und hat immer in unseren Garten geschaut und gebellt, was unserem Kater Angst gemacht hat. Insgesamt könnte es sauberer sein und kaputte Möbel ausgetauscht werden, Mühl beseitigen.
