Location and close proximity to Sequoia Park entrance.
No dishwasher. Stove and oven not clean.kitchen cabinets old and dirty. Dirty windows. House had cooking odor. Deferred maintenance. Decks dirty. Dead potted plants. No closet in the bedroom. Bathroom vanity in bad shape. No drain stopper.

Spectacular views in a mountainside home! Spotless and comfortable home. The owner contacted us to let us know that the power would be out for one of the nights we were staying, and was very accommodating to our needs, working with us to adjust accordingly. All our communication was quick and responsive from the property owner.
We did not get to use the hot tub as it was still quite warm outside, but it did not detract from our stay at the property. The road coming into the property was quite rough, but that is maintained by the county and not under control of the owner.
