Some detailed instructions on how to open the lock box. would be very helpful The TV was extremely difficult to turn on and operate. Fortunately a previous guest had left hand written instructions that helped somewhat. The kitchen/dining area was freezing, had no heating and all open plan. We could not start the oven. The laundry trough spigot leaks. Some instant coffee sachets would be good as neither of us drink pod coffee. The dish rack was rusty. Only one towel rail in the bathroom. A chair in each bedroom would be handy or a luggage stand.

The plump pillows, thick towels, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, quiet air conditioning and convenient location.

Some surfaces need dusting (TV cabinet and bedside lamp bases), high mirrors in bathroom and weedy paved area of backyard.

An air con in the kitchen would be great, it was really hot, especially when cooking

Great location within easy walking distance to the local cafes and the city centre. The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot and powerfull.

Upon arrival we were unable to access the keys in the lockbox. We messaged the host but received no reply so we called the management company. The lady talked us through the process and told us we'd needed to take a photo and email it to her to ensure that we had entered the correct code. Once we did so she recommended finding a rock or hard object and forcing the switch on the lockbox, this eventually worked but was a disappointing delay in getting into the property, it seemed like there was a note on their system that suggested that the lockbox was faulty but nothing had been done to fix the issue. The cleanliness of the property was not great. There was a musty smell in the kitchen and we found a biscuit on the couch under one of the scatter cushions, there was also litter in the back garden and an abundance of weeds in the outdoor area, for somewhere that uses "Chic" and outdoor dinning as a selling point this fell short of our expectation. The peg basket was also filthy and only contained 12 pegs. There were only two English breakfast tea bags in the kitchen, for a 3 person stay for 3 nights this seems a bit stingy. These may seem like minor things but combined they made it feel like we'd paid for an experience that we didn't receive.
