The location was excellent, with easy access to everything we needed. We also appreciated the convenient parking and the fact that the building is a new development.

The apartment is managed by a company, we were required to pay a €220 security deposit, which had not been mentioned anywhere in the listing. We were not given the check-in instructions until the deposit had been paid, and we were informed that the deposit could be withheld if the rubbish was not taken out. Guests are expected to dispose of the rubbish themselves and either adapt to the collection schedule or find another place to throw it away. The air conditioning worked well only in the main room; when switched on in the second room, it operated more like a fan and did not blow cold air.

Bellissima abitazione, dotata di ogni comfort, vicino al mare ed alla città. Nelle vicinanze anche supermercati. Parcheggio riservato interno al cortile.
