Ground floor apartment in two family house with large terrace in Quartu Sant Elena in the south of Sardinia.
The apartment is about 100 square meters. It has a bedroom with a large double bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m) and a solid wood baby bed, a second bedroom with a double bed (1.60 mx 2.00) and an additional single bed. In addition, a large, fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with a large furnished terrace and a bathroom with bathtub. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, TV, WiFi, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, hair dryer, bed linen, towels.
The apartment can be heated and is suitable in every season.
The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, close to the center with many shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and good infrastructure and 10 minutes walk to the beach.
The sea with a wide sandy beach (Poeto) can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Other dream beaches of the south coast can be reached quickly by car.
Cagliari with its lively streets and the fortified old town can be reached in about 15 minutes by car or bus.

The house is very clean, fully-equipped and the owner is really friendly. You can park your car in the street and the restaurants and shops are within walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was super clean and is equipped with everything you need as a Family. The owner is super nice and brought us fresh strawberries from his garden. A great apartment for a nice vacation near the ocean.

L'esperienza con i Proprietari e la proprietà, è stata eccellente sotto tutti i punti di vista.
Dopo aver portato a compimento la prenotazione in maniera efficiente con Deborah, siamo stati accolti nell'alloggio da suo papà Giovanni, nel miglior modo possibile.
La casa s'è mostrata subito confortevole, conforme alle immagini e a quanto descritto nell'annuncio.
Grazie all'efficienza, funzionalità e fruibilità dell'immobile ho potuto, tra il 20/9/19 | 29/9/19, in compagnia di mia moglie, trovare la serenità giusta per prepararmi ad un importante concorso di lavoro.
Inoltre Giovanni, s'è dimostrato una persona affabile, intelligente, educata, discreta e rigorosamente rispettosa della nostra privacy.
Ringrazio Deborah e suo papà di tutto quello fatto per noi, che saluto con la consapevolezza che se dovessimo ritornare a Cagliari e dintorni, faremmo di tutto per ripetere l'esperienza di soggiorno con loro!
