Przestronność, bezkontaktowe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie, czystość, wygoda. Byliśmy tam drugi raz bo za pierwszym razem było podobnie. Polecamy.

Piękna zieleń w apartamencie, centralna lokalizacja. Poprosiliśmy o środki czystości do zmywarki i mycia naczyń i je Nam dostarczono.
Kontakt z obsługą nie spełniał Naszych oczekiwań - powodem może być zbyt duża ilość osób zaangażowana w obsługę. Nasze problemy rozwiązano tylko częściowo. Zgłosiliśmy zbyt wysoką temperaturę w apartamencie, z powodu grzejnika którego nie da się zakręcić, ale ostatecznie musiliśmy rozwiązać ten problem sami. Zgłosiliśmy zastrzeżenia do czystości, plamy na podłodze, tłusta warstwa kurzu na kubkach i powierzchniach w kuchni, pozostało to bez reakcji. Zgłosiliśmy niedziałające WiFi, nie rozwiązano Naszego problemu, odesłano Nas do routera, którego obsługa nie potrafiła Nam wskazać w apartamencie, sami zauważyliśmy, że hasło zamiast 0 powinno mieć O. Dodatkowo pościel była wątpliwej czystości. Brakowało kołder dla wszystkich gości. Kuchnia nie jest w pełni wyposażona, w szufladzie są np. tylko 2 łyżeczki.
